MYM Software ("we", "us", "our") operates the Workshop Manager mobile application (the "App"). This page explains how the App handles information when you use it.
To provide job ticket and workshop tracking features, the App may store information you enter, such as:
Your data is used only to provide the App's core features — creating and tracking job tickets, assigning technicians, and logging parts and labor. We do not use this data for advertising or sell it to third parties.
Depending on how you use the App, data may be stored locally on your device and/or synced to a database you or your organization control. This policy will be updated with more specific detail once the App's storage backend is finalized ahead of public release.
We do not sell your data. We do not share job or customer records with third parties except where required to operate a feature you've explicitly enabled (for example, exporting data at your request).
The App requests only the device permissions needed for its features (such as network access). Any additional permission will be clearly explained at the time it's requested.
Workshop Manager is a business tool and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
We may update this Privacy Policy as the App develops toward public release. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
