MYM Software ("we", "us", "our") operates the MYM ERP mobile application (the "App"). This page explains how the App handles information when you use it.
To provide inventory, sales, and purchasing features, the App may store information you enter, such as:
Your data is used only to provide the App's core features — tracking stock, recording transactions, and managing your business records. We do not use your business data for advertising or sell it to third parties.
Depending on how you use the App, data may be stored locally on your device and/or synced to a database you or your organization control. This policy will be updated with more specific detail once the App's storage backend is finalized ahead of public release.
We do not sell your data. We do not share your business records with third parties except where required to operate a feature you've explicitly enabled (for example, exporting data at your request).
The App requests only the device permissions needed for its features (such as network access). Any additional permission will be clearly explained at the time it's requested.
MYM ERP is a business tool and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
We may update this Privacy Policy as the App develops toward public release. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
